process
Most of it runs without you. Here is what you get out of each step, and the only parts that need your week.
01 · Discovery
The first fifteen minutes tell us both whether this is the kind of thing we fix, and we will say so either way. If it is, we take thirty minutes to go through your week job by job, and come back with a plan: what we would build, what it is worth to you over a year, and what it would cost. In writing, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
your week
Forty-five minutes across two calls, plus a third where we walk you through what we found.
02 · Build
It is built around the jobs, quotes and messages your business already produces, inside the tools already on your phone. Your crew carries on exactly as they are, which is what makes it stick.
An onboarding call to start it off, then two or three short check-ins.
03 · Pilot
It runs alongside your normal process, so you see it handle real jobs before it takes any of them on. You are the one who says when it is right, because you are the one who knows what a good quote looks like in your trade.
You work the way you always do and tell us what looks wrong.
04 · Go live
Full rollout, once the pilot has proved out on your own work rather than on a demo. Anything that needs judgment still comes to you first, so what you hand over is the typing and the chasing. The decisions stay yours.
An hour or so to walk your crew through what changed.
05 · Managed
Keeping it running is our job. When your business changes, and it will, we change what we built to match, so it keeps doing what you hired it to do without you having to think about it. And once the work you already have stops leaking, if what you need is more of it coming in, the same system points outward: the follow-up, the reactivation, and the demand work that feeds them.
Nothing scheduled. You tell us when something changes.
Step one is on us, and the plan is yours to keep. You decide whether there is a step two.
Fifteen minutes. No deck, no pitch. We listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
