It starts with the fifteen-minute intro you can book from any page here. You tell us how the week actually goes, we tell you honestly whether it’s the kind of thing we fix, and nobody is sold anything. If it is a fit, we book thirty minutes to go properly through how your operation runs. Then we come back with a plan: what we’d build, what it’s worth to you over a year, and what it costs. All of that is on us, and the plan is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together. If you decide to go ahead, that last conversation is also where onboarding starts.
We price on what it saves you, not on hours. What we build depends on what you need it to handle, how soon you need it, and what handing that work off is worth to you, so the number is different for a two-truck operation than a twenty-truck one. You get the figure once we have been through your operation, in writing, before anything is built, and you get it whether or not you decide to go ahead.
We diagnose and build; software alone does neither. Even the best tool only helps if someone knows what to automate, how to set it up, and what to do when it breaks. That’s the part you’re actually paying us for: we figure out the problem, design the fix, build it inside the tools you already use, and stand behind the outcome.
We advise, then we build. Most consultants hand you a recommendation. We hand you a running system. Our engagement starts with understanding how your operation actually runs, end to end. It ends with the systems built and live. The advice is only worth what it produces.
Both, in that order. A lot of what we already build is marketing by another name: the follow-up on a quote that went quiet, the reactivation of a customer who has not called in a year, the scoring that decides which enquiries are worth chasing. When the constraint is genuinely that not enough work is coming in, we will take the demand side too, and run it against the same numbers the rest of the system reports. What we will not do is sell you traffic to pour into an operation that is still losing quotes in an inbox. That order is not a policy, it is the math: filling a leaking funnel costs more than fixing it.
Good, that’s most of our clients. We build around what you already have instead of replacing it: connect it, automate it, and close the gaps your team currently manages by hand. We only bring in something new when what you have genuinely can’t do the job.
Your data stays in your systems. We work inside the tools you already use. If we build something custom, it runs in your environment and we hand over full documentation as soon as the build is complete. We keep ownership of what we build and license it to you for the life of the engagement; our service agreement sets out the terms.
Depends on what we’re solving. Time savings show up within the first few weeks of a system going live. Full ROI typically runs in the 3–4 month range. We’ll run the math with your actual numbers on the discovery call so you know exactly what to expect before committing.
No. We handle the build; your team keeps doing what they already do well. If something needs explaining, we explain it in plain English.
If your business is generating enough volume to have a real ops problem (typically north of $300K–$400K in revenue), we can almost certainly help. If you’re earlier than that and growing fast, talk to us anyway. We’ll tell you honestly if it’s too early.
Fifteen minutes. No deck, no pitch. We listen, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
